The title of this week’s lecture is Designing a Good Database Schema & Best Practices for Data Visualisation. However, as I know most of you would appreciate having more dedicated time to work on the ✍️ W10 Summative, I will approach this topic in a very practical and targeted way.

πŸ“‹ Preparation

  • Try to collect some JSON files from the Spotify API and save them to a folder before the lecture. This will make us most productive during the session.

  • Don’t worry too much about the database. If you’re not there yet, we will work on it together during the lecture.

Whatever we produce during the lecture will later be made available on the GitHub logo lse-ds105/ds105a-2024 repository.
